-Coffee Training Academy in Verona (Our Headquarters) will inspire sheer professional growth. It is a “friendly” space where you will always find someone ready to help and advise you of where to test, taste, or simply find the material that a professional needs.

 – Training Support from other Institutions & Corporate Academies where our trainers are called to teach and manage local training.

What do we teach

Introduction

To begin in the best way, this course paints a clear picture of what there is beyond a cup of coffee. It is perfect even for even the most casual enthusiast.

Only Level

–        Duration 7 hours (including SCA final exam), one day.

–        Maximum 6 participants.

Barista Skills

A module created by Baristas for Baristas. It focuses on enhance the Technical & Practical skills that are essential for becoming a true Professional.

Foundation

Course duration 7 hours (including SCA final exam), 1 day.

Maximum 4 participants.

Intermediate

Course duration 14 hours (including SCA final exam), 2 consecutive days.

Maximum 4 participants.

Duration: 14 Hours (SCAE final exam included), two full days.

Maximum of 6 participants.

Professional

Course duration 21 hours (including SCA final exam), 3 consecutive days.

Maximum 3 participants.

Brewing

We go beyond Espresso, covering alternative systems for extracting the coffee. A very helpful course for people who work with coffee every day but also for people who are passionate and interested in filter coffee.

Foundation

Course duration 7 hours (including SCA final exam), 1 day.

Maximum 4 participants.

Intermediate

Course duration 14 hours (including SCA final exam), 2 consecutive days.

Maximum 4 participants.

Professional

Course duration 21 hours (including SCA final exam), 3 consecutive days.

Maximum 3 participants.

Latte Art

It is such a pleasure to see a good cappuccino, isn’t it? This course is about specific techniques to give customers an unforgettable experience.

Only Level

A course that focuses on practice and becoming familiar with steaming milk, creating a thin body “crema,” and controlling “the pour.” These are essential to create classic designs like the heart, the rosetta, and the apple. Depending on the abilities of the class, we might advance to more complex designs such as heart in heart, tulip, etc…

 

Course duration 7 hours, 1 day

Maximum 4 participants, each one has its own work-station.

Green Coffee

The Green Coffee course is about the key concepts concerning coffee before roasting. It covers cultivation, processing, transport, and storage. All the steps before it arrives to the roaster.

Foundation

Course duration 7 hours (including SCA final exam), 1 day.

Maximum 4 participants.

Intermediate

Course duration 14 hours (including SCA final exam), 2 consecutive days.

Maximum 4 participants.

Professional

Course duration 21 hours (including SCA final exam), 3 consecutive days.

Maximum 4 participants.

Sensory Skills

The Sensory Skills course is about approaching the sensorial value of coffee. We study the way we use our senses to experience the taste and how to apply these skills.

Foundation

Course duration 7 hours (including SCA final exam), 1 day.

Maximum 6 participants.

Course duration 14 hours (including SCA final exam), 2 consecutive days.

Maximum 4 participants.

Professional

Course duration 21 hours (including SCA final exam), 3 consecutive days.
