Latte Art Training Intensive – Verona – Italy
This is a specific module for the Latte Art course with a prevalence of practice to become familiar with milk foaming, getting the right texture, and learn how to free-pour to obtain classic patterns such as Heart, Leaf, Apple.
During the training, depending on the students’ skills, more difficult patterns like Heart in the Heart, Tulip will be presented.
The course is strictly recommended before facing the SCA Barista Skills Intermediate module as during the exam students will be requested to prepare beverages with Latte Art techniques.
This course has a limited number (maximum 4 participants) to enable you to learn effectively, working continuously with a steam arm; this means frothing milk without interruptions and learn significantly.
The course is practically based ( after a short demonstration, you will be working personally with the equipment supported by a professional trainer).
Latte Art Intensive course includes:
