Service Description

Barista Skills Professional is designed for anyone who wants to acquire the skills needed to set the coffee grinder, prepare espresso, and properly steam milk to create the right frothy consistency for cappuccino. This module provides a deep understanding of coffee itself and practical skills in frothing and pouring milk for latte art. It also covers food health and safety, service, and business management fundamentals. The Barista Skills Professional course is suitable for highly experienced baristas who have completed the Intermediate level for at least three months. It provides both a scientific and managerial perspective on preparing coffee and espresso-based drinks. The course is both theoretical and practical (after the practical part and demonstration, you will work personally with the equipment, supported by your tutor). The Professional Barista Course includes: basic lunch use of professional equipment certificate of participation handouts for review after the course teaching materials (pen and notebook) ... and of course, we're available to answer any questions you may have in the following months! The course does NOT include: SCA registration, if required, which can be paid separately using the form.
