Espresso and Cappuccino course - half day

The half-day Espresso & Cappuccino course is specifically created for enthusiasts of coffee and Italian coffee culture.
Specifically, the course is an overview of the concept of Italian Espresso and traditional Cappuccino, giving the basic skills to be able to replicate the drinks at home as well.
The Tutor will demonstrate the creation of the dynamics that lead these drinks to be so famous in the world, exploring the Italian tradition and the contemporary side of coffee making in Italy. With a short practice time all in together.
